It is a lot more user friendly. However, you can no longer see pending transactions. I don’t wish to be logged out every other time I use the app. It’s sad yall a big company and can’t even get an app to work right…sad ### 1/5 — Why did they update the app *2023-08-20* I don’t know why they would completely change the app even though it was just fine before, it no longer has face id and it won’t let me sign in and makes me change the password anytime I want to use it and it’s a pain every single time, I cannot wait to switch banks ### 1/5 — Frustrating. With no options to select or the ability to login. ### 1/5 — Markesan State Bank Was Better *2019-12-20* Switched to Horicon Bank after they bought out MSB and I have to say this app is terrible. It works only a fraction of the time and when it does work it’s extremely slow. MSB has an app that at least worked. ### 1/5 — Works Maybe 1% of the time *2019-09-01, version 8.0* Terrible app. Very rarely works. Times out constantly. Doesn’t log in part of the time. Also, there’s an unnecessary “internet connection active” notification that sometimes pops up multiple times in the same session. System does not log you out, even though you get a response back that you were logged out. So, next time you go in it blocks you saying you haven’t logged out.
