For the last 2 years at work we have had constant issues. We have to reinstall the app sometimes in a daily basis to actually get the phone to ring. Many instances of answering but the call not connecting before it then moves into the next team member. On days off when logged out of the app it will still ring when you are not signed in. But when you are signed in who knows if it will ring. Often pick up the phone to see 5+ missed called despite the phone not ringing once. It’s terrible. Doesn’t let me ring anyone, it never connects. ### 1/5 — Show stopping bug means I can’t hear people *2023-10-25* Had to reinstall the old app, after trying this one multiple times, reinstalling, rebooting my phone, trying various different troubleshooting steps, I have a reoccurring bug which means I cannot hear the audio from incoming calls. Kind Regards, Gamma ### 2/5 — Don’t rely on this if you’re running a business *2023-10-20, version 2.6.11* Awful UI doesn’t connect to any external Bluetooth headset including AirPods, and if it does, it will disconnect during a call. Whoever designed this needs to go back to school and figure out what they wanna do with their life because it definitely isn’t programming. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Logs you out poor app *2025-11-25, version 2.7.1* It keeps logging out and bugging really poor quality especially as we run this for an emergency telephone line ### 1/5 — Pointless app *2025-11-04, version 2.7.1* Theres always some sort of issue with. It’s never straightforward. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-10-20, version 2.7.1* Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. It hardly ever rings or gives a notification when someone is calling. The only time I know someone has tried to call is when I open the app and see a list of missed calls or if I’ve received an angry email saying no one is responding! Looks like it’s been neglected and doesn’t get updated anymore which is absolutely useless in a world that relies on technology. Glad to see they value their customers. ### 1/5 — Call dropping *2025-10-17, version 2.7.1* Call dropping, the app doesn’t let me see my dialled calls it throws me out the app, constant issues - app needs updating ASAP with the latest updates in line with the phone updates ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-09-11, version 2.7.1* Where do I begin… the app is so unreliable. I often don’t receive notifications for incoming calls, and when opening the app I suddenly see a list of missed calls. Calls regularly disconnect even with full 5G/wifi coverage after just a couple of minutes. The voicemail function doesn’t work at all, as the app crashes every time I try to access it. It is impossible to get real support to resolve the issues, which leaves leaving a review as the only option. The app hasn’t had an update in over a year, which goes to show how little they actually care about user experience. If anyone is thinking of using Gamma or Horizon, DONT USE THEM ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-08-01, version 2.7.1* This app simply isn't fit for purpose. I miss so many incoming calls simply because the app doesn't work properly. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2025-06-22, version 2.7.1* We have used this app to support our out of hours service within a reactive business. This is managed through a third party. This app does not work correctly. We have had constant issues with calls not connecting, clients not being able to hear from our end and emergency jobs being missed due to the reliability of the app actually allowing calls through or sending notifications. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-05-27, version 2.7.1* It continually lets us down, it either doesn’t connect or the signal is really bad. It started saying my password was incorrect. I reset my password and tried to log on again. The app can’t cope with the request, it only deletes one character at the time (of the insanely long password, which I can not personalize!!!!). There’s a delay in ‘backspace’ to ‘action’. Once the field is finally empty and I try to enter the new password, the app freezes and shuts down.
