The old one worked and This one crashes constantly. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-05-30, version 3.5.5* After years of promising a massive upgrade on their mobile 3 app, it’s been nothing but a disappointment and let down. They’ve had several updates over the last couple of weeks since the launch, it is currently unusable, will not sync work orders to even start the inspection, and IF a you are able to get to that, the push sync fails every time, so you have to upload all of your photos on the back end and sort it out one at a time. ### 1/5 — Software awful *2025-05-29, version 3.5.5* I concur completely with all of the latest negative reviews in regards to the new update/new software. Carson Dunlop/horizon get these issues fixed before inspectors start to look elsewhere for new software. It is slowing down production, causing stress, and losing business.
