External is fine ! Please fix ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work properly *2022-04-21, version 23.9.240* Calls constantly drop, whether connected to wifi or mobile data. For some reason a cannot use AirPods with this app, I get zero audio (yes, my AirPods are connected and work with every other app on my phone). As others report, there are constant calls pushing through DND. As for the macOS desktop version - utterly useless!! Despite being designed for Bluetooth headsets, the only way to answer a call is to use a mouse and click in the app to answer, pointless. Would not recommend. ### 2/5 — Poor coding and lumpy ui *2021-08-16, version 23.9.171* What can I say, this product has a habit of crashing, it also locks up sometimes when trying to answer the telephone call, there can be massive delays between the time when a desktop telephone rings, and when the mobile app rings. I’ve had situations where I finished a telephone call on the desktop phone and the mobile app rang afterwards. I downloaded this for work and it consistently ignores my phones “do not disturb while driving” and constantly rings through while driving and when “do not disturb” is on, no matter the time of day. I then turned off the notifications for the app so I can have a meeting without it ringing, bc then it rang through regardless. What’s the point in having an option to turn the notifications off if the app is going to completely disregard this? ### 2/5 — Useful. Unsure if it’ll ring now though! ### 1/5 — Badly managed *2021-06-03, version 23.9.171* Horizon don’t seem to really care about this app. It rarely gets updates to fix bugs (seems to be once every couple of years), it is poorly designed, and needs to be reinstalled regularly to keep it working. I’ve just signed my company up to a new contract with Horizon, the rest of their system seems to work well, but this app is shocking - I’d expect this level of sophistication and reliability with a school project, not a professional product. ### 1/5 — MCH *2021-04-14, version 23.9.17* I have used Horizon and the mobile app for many years. However, the latest update makes dialling or entering any info on the app difficult. The buttons should be larger and spaced out better so that there is less chance of tapping the incorrect button. It is not possible to add work contacts to the app directory, that is crazy ### 1/5 — History *2023-04-20, version 23.9.240* This COLLABORATION mobile app has flaws. History screen does not allow deletion of any calls. The screen does not seem to automatically refresh, so missed calls are not displayed, unless you regularly refresh the screen, which means you do not quickly respond. Emergencies have to wait. The last version was perfect, but is no longer supported, so any probs and you have to upgrade to the new flawed version. Not happy. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2023-03-24, version 23.9.240* Terrible app always stops and freezes ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-10-14, version 23.9.240* Does not work with AirPod earbuds, when answering a call it can be ten seconds before the call is connected, the speakerphone option does not always work, it’s a horrible process to try and transfer someone, you now need a password to access voicemails and the do not disturb function works does not always work. That’s all I can think of at the moment. The last app had its issues but this update is absolutely horrible. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever created *2022-10-03, version 23.9.240* This app is horrendous. Never have I had such a negative experience with any app in my life. It doesn’t allow you to answer calls on time, it hangs up calls randomly and seems to decide when it wants to work. It has ruined my working from home experience. I have complained to the company and nothing has been done. As soon as I get the opportunity to use a different app I will be DONE with Horizon. The sun will be setting on horizon very soon. Hopefully sooner than later 😡 ### 1/5 — Rubbish Update *2022-08-03, version 23.9.240* Much preferred the old app! My voicemail password has never been accepted since we were given this tool as a business, the old app didn’t need a password so I could listen & delete messages. The recent update hasn’t improved it any ### 3/5 — Needs work *2021-04-06, version 23.9.17* I have been using this App for over 18 months and it generally works well, the recent interface upgrade is an improvement. One glaring omission is that it doesn’t respect iPhone system wide do not disturb settings either manually set or scheduled so you have to remember to separately set DND in the app during meetings which is a nuisance and easy to overlook and really should not be necessary. There should also be a facility to easily block nuisance numbers. ### 2/5 — Lacking some features *2022-05-28, version 23.9.240* This is better than the previous Horizon app in that it looks & feels more like the new desktop app, however there is no option to access contacts from the iPhone directly, and apparently no way to add your own contacts to the Horizon app (it seems you can only add contacts from your own organisation). Also missing is the ability to switch on do not disturb. I hope that both of these omissions are addressed in an update soon ### 2/5 — It’s ok… *2022-05-26, version 23.9.240* It’s OK. TimeAnd time again I’m surprised that software developers do not let the customers lead. Development is always done my techs and not by the customers. It is time to learn the lessons from Apple it’s may already be there but we should do it better and it should be about the person use interface and not about how wet dreams.
