Errors when you put in the correct password. App doesn’t send out password reset email either. Just made a 2nd attempt to use it in Cambridge and the app recognises I have an account but refuses to allow me to sign in. Just realised, having paid at the machine, that I have made a mistake with a digit when inputting my reg. The keypad on the iPhone won’t move to allow the enter button to be pressed to get past the authentication number. This is a known app issue and it doesn’t allow you to use the app to pay for parking. Always have to reset your password. Now we have captcha failed! Didn’t get a capture picture. When you reset your password the link doesn’t come to reset and their offices are closed on the weekends. You cannot submit the 2factor identification number. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2023-07-17* Parking via the app has been a game changer for me. I love that you can top up remotely if you get delayed. Obviously it comes at a cost and initially I begrudged paying the extra, but the convenience of it is kind of worth it. You don’t need to look for change, or queue up in the rain at the machine to pay by card. ### 5/5 — Really useful app *2023-07-17* Great for finding parking when visiting new places. Price always seems competitive. Have recently used it for a hotel stay, car park used was an easy walk away and the cost was a quarter of the price for using the hotel’s parking area. Recommended ### 5/5 — Plenty of great parking *2021-09-03* I have the app on my phone, when my daughters are heading to Chester to meet friends and suddenly decide to go shopping or have lunch, I know they can always find a spot to park & I can pay remotely. Much better than the old parking system of a flat £5…every penny helps. ### 5/5 — Great app, service unclear *2021-09-01* The app is user friendly, easy to navigate, knows where you are and suggests nearby car parks that it thinks you’re using and also stored your details to make repeat bookings quick and easy. BUT the Ts&Cs are unclear. If you book 10 hours, can you leave and return within that 10 hours for free? Do you have to book in advance or just pay for your parking duration at any point that day? The drawback is that you can’t retrospectively pay for parking - if you forget to book on arrival you can’t go back and select your arrival time to pay on departure. A few things to get right for me. ### 4/5 — App adequate but service is excellent *2023-07-17* The App just about does the job. I was easily able to find a suitable monthly parking space that met my needs. Cancelling monthly subscriptions needs to be done by messaging (via the app) to customer services, but they are very responsive. Even when I decided to ‘uncancel’ they were very quick to respond and it was hassle free. ### 4/5 — Works ok for me *2021-09-02* I find this app fine. Maybe it’s because I park in the same place regularly? Sometimes it spins a bit to find the location and sometimes it wants me to log in again but if you swipe up and go back in it’s fine. The ticket machine is very confusing, the app is a far better quicker way of just paying and going! On the whole I find it nice and easy to use. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2023-09-26* This app isn’t great. I have to keep deleting and re downloading every day to launch. Then when you pay it just goes back to the Home Screen with no notification that your parking session has started. I have to wait for my internet banking to send a notification that the payments happened so I know. The App needs work Mr developer ### 3/5 — Good app *2023-07-17* I use the horizon parking app quite often and it’s pretty simple and straightforward to use. The only problem I have is that sometimes I can’t find the car park I usually use with ease so perhaps it would be helpful to have an easy access ‘book again’ function on the app rather than having to go into previous bookings then completed. Just a suggestions. Other than that good app :) ### 3/5 — Horizon parking app *2023-07-17* It needs improvement, the app does not remember your repeat return visits and so you have to keep typing in the codes, which doesn’t sound a big deal but it is when you’re in a hurry and other parking apps have this feature so it can’t be rocket science. It would also be helpful to receive a reminder prior to running out of your pre-paid park, so if needed it can be topped up via the app on your phone.
