Functionally, the app works. But needs a UX overhaul. The CarPlay integration should be single tap, not multiple screens.

In unserer Garage rüsteten wir zwei Sektionaltore nach. Dazu erwarb ich auch mehrere zusätzliche Funkschalter. Zudem lud ich heute noch die App und fügte beide Antriebe hinzu. Was mir negativ auffiel: Verschiedene Optionen (Lüftungsstellung) konnte ich aktuell nur in der App finden, nicht für die Funkschalter. Und für ein zweites Smartphone im Haus musste ich tatsächlich weitere Schlüssel kaufen. Das mißfällt mir außerordentlich! Dafür waren die Tore teuer genug!

Ergänzung: Inzwischen beschäftigte ich mich intensiver mit der Programmierung der Funkschalter, und fand einzelne der Codes. Eine gesamte Aufstellung jedoch nicht. Natürlich benötigt man dann auch Funkschalter mit genügend freien Tasten. Bei zwei Antrieben halbiert sich das, wenn man nicht zwei Funkschalter für links und rechts verwenden möchte. Im Alltag kein Problem. Die App kann natürlich deutlich mehr. Alles zu seiner Zeit - im Auto ist der Funkschalter das Mittel der Wahl, vom Haus aus der Fünffach-Taster mit Kontrollfunktion.

Sie werden sehen: Auch dort haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Lüftungs-Stellung mithilfe BiSecur Funk anzusteuern (Menü 16). Weitere Handsender kosten wie in der App für weitere Nutzer einmalig eine Gebühr. Dadurch kann die App weiterentwickelt werden. Der Preis der Tore bezieht sich nicht auf die App - diese ist eigenständig und nicht zwingend zur Nutzung angeboten. Ihr BlueSecur Support-Team.

The app works very well, my only criticism is with car play, as when you try to operate the garage door via car play, you are prompted to unlock your phone! This renders the car play feature utterly useless, as I have to get my phone out, confirm I’m not driving and then unlock it. I might as well just open the garage door directly on my mobile at this point.

Worked perfectly until updating. Now tells me that Bluetooth Low Energy isn’t present on my phone.

Die Oberfläche/das User Interface ist für „einfache Nutzer“ nicht optimal gestaltet, denn man kommt zu schnell an Stellen, die nur für Admins sinnvoll sind. Besser wäre es, wenn man eine reine „Torbebedien App“ mit den Grundfunktionen hätte und eine separate Admin App, in der man Tore, BT Schlüssel und Nutzer verwalten kann. Wenn man aber ein Problem hat, hilft der (für mich gut erreichbare) Hörmann Support sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent weiter, der macht mindestens 2 der 4 Sterne Bewertung aus

Great app, i own a motorcycle & my parents us the fob, for me the app is super convenient as i use maps on my phone, my only complaint is i use CarPlay on the bike & would love to see support for it in the future

An alle die das Problem mit Bluetooth Low Energy haben. Nach dem Update auf die neue Version schaltet Apple die Berechtigung für Hörmann App aus unerklärlichen Gründen ab. Diese Berechtigung in den Einstellungen wieder erteilen und das Problem ist gelöst! aber es ist nirgends die Lösung zu finden.  Danke an das Hörmann Service Team!

hier muss die Berechtigung für Bluetooth neu gegeben werden. In den Einstellungen des iPhones entziehen Sie der BlueSecur App die Berechtigung für Bluetooth.
Beenden Sie die App mit dem Taskmanager des Smartphones.
Geben Sie der BlueSecur App wieder die Berechtigung für Bluetooth und starten Sie die App neu.

Bluetooth is unreliable and slow to respond. Even if it had just been connected it will say out of range.

После обновления приложения на IOS 18.5, перестал видеть привод ворот. Обратился в тех.поддержку, так эти кретины ответили, что из-за санкций не работают в России и Беларусии. Отвечал мне A. Michael Römhild 

P.S надеюсь он уже учит русский язык

This app desperately needs to HomeKit support to allow shortcut integration and other automartions. Especially now as it shows up in CarPlay in the use iOS26 Beta.

Please please please add some sort of Shortcut or HomeKit support.

Firstly, allowing only one free user is a rip off when you’ve paid £6,000 for a door.

I paid for one key so my wife could have it on her phone. Despite following all the instructions and online advice it never worked. No refund or support.

Instructions are dire. They seem to think everyone has an engineering Phd!

Having worked for a few months the app now just opens at a page called ‘teach in’? and says no devices registered. When I scan the QR as requested on the operator unit it says it requires a reset on program 19?
No customer support except an email address.

An der Fernbedienung muss ein Tastendruck eher lang sein, dass das Tor los fährt. 
Wenn ein Button in der App zu lange gedrückt wird, passiert „vorsichtshalber“ nix, da muss man schnell wieder loslassen. 
Wenn man das mal verstanden hat, geht’s einwandfrei!
Eine zusätzliche Antenne, die gerne zusätzlich verkauft wird braucht man daher nicht unbedingt.

Zuverlässige App mit der ich beinahe täglich Tore öffne und schließe. Neulich hat mein iPhone der App die Bluetooth-Berechtigung entzogen. Das gab eine Meldung, dass mein iPhone kein Bluetooth LE unterstützt (macht es tatsächlich nicht).
Hier konnte der Service schnell und kompetent weiterhelfen.

Dommage qu’il ne soit pas stable, il y a qu’une porte que je puisse ouvrir avec le téléphone, les autres se sont perdues….
