So you have an app on Apple’s Appstore with a multitude of ringtones.  Great UNTIL you try and put them on your iPhone!  I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone at this time!

You have to download each horn. Then you have to connect to a computer. 

I wanted an app that just plays the horns like a soundboard. Stupid app.
