After being unable to connect to the safe, I contacted Tech Support; short answer is that the app doesn’t work properly and they’re working on replacing it, so don’t bother downloading this one

App stopped communicating with iPhone in September 2023. Hornady customer service useless.  Reviews must be censored some how with the thousands of safe affected. Bottom line stay away from Hornady WiFi safes.

Stopped working on iphone a few months back after update. Just get the same old response from Hornady that they they are waiting for the developer to fix. About to return this useless safe.

This doesn’t work at all. I just bought a brand new safe November 1924 and it doesn’t work the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth don’t even connect to the safe. I called tech-support and he said they were working on it. They were aware of the problem and the developer has been working on it about a month but when I read the first review, it looks like it’s been since February and that’s ridiculous And as heavy of a safe it is, I’m trying to figure out how they’re gonna take a return or get my money back.

I’ve bought my safe on 8/13/22 and it hasn’t been connected to the app since 9/17/23. Contacted support and they said they are aware but just keep trying to connect it. Huh? How about fix the problem. Ridiculous.
