Scammers
I am extremely disappointed with this app. I was shocked to discover a £29.99 subscription charge for a service I haven’t even used or knowingly agreed to pay for. This feels misleading and completely unacceptable.
Customers should not have to worry about being charged for subscriptions they never intended to sign up for. The lack of transparency surrounding this charge has seriously damaged my trust in this app.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before downloading or signing up. Make sure you check everything carefully to avoid unexpected charges. I expect a full refund of the £29.99 and a clear explanation of how this subscription was activated in the first place.
Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this app unless this issue is properly addressed.
