The fee was about a dollar, with the option to spend much more if I wanted to. Pay for ONE question and the take the money more than once. You don’t subscribe, they they say you do and keep taking money (£29.99) telling you to unsubscribe. You check your subscription list and it isn’t there at all. So you can’t cancel. Email in several times to sort it to be told they’ve cancelled it for you (but you never had it) and you have an outstanding balance. Had the app w week, yet they take £29.99 anyway. Email to sort it and then get blocked. So I’ve taken it up with the bank now. Bank flagged this transaction as fraudulent ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-12, version 27.2.6* This app tried to deduct £30 from my bank account. A week AFTER it was DELETED. I had not subscribed to anything or authorised this. **Edit - I did not sign up for a subscription. So the response is irrelevant, it was one of the first things I checked for. No apple account subscription or details sent by the company through any registration emails. ### 1/5 — Money debited automatically *2026-08-10, version 27.2.6* Money is being debited without approval. Don't fall for this scam. I had to block credit card because of this. ### 1/5 — Charger for a subscription I was never told I had *2026-08-06, version 27.2.6* Scam. I thought I was paying a one time charge then a few days later get a $29 charge for a subscription I never even consented to! ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT *2026-07-27, version 27.2.6* Do not buy from this app. I paid 90 cents for my answer and thats all, but a few days later they tried to take $20 from my card so my bank had to close my account and they are still trying to take my money! ### 1/5 — Took my money out of my account without my consent *2026-07-23, version 27.2.6* Money was taken out of my account. I have tried reaching out to the customer support team for a refund but they have ignored all my emails which is very unfair to me. I made a one off purchase for a reading and then they decided to add me to a monthly subscription which I approve of . I cancelled the subscription when I realised money had been taken from my account and asked for a refund but they are ignoring me. I would have given no star if I could. This is disappointing and unacceptable and heartbreaking ### 1/5 — Make sure to check your cancellation, they will charge you anyway! *2026-07-07, version 27.2.6* I got on and canceled my subscription same day I started my free trial, as I always do. I also take screenshots of everything for this exact purpose. Somehow my cancellation never took and I’ve been being charged for 4 months. That’s 120 of my money for zero services rendered.
