## What is Horror Film Workout?

If the zombie apocalypse was real, how long would you last? Would you run out of breath after a minute of fighting? If Dracula or the Wolf Man were after you, would you have the same fate as those in the movies?

The horror movie workout is designed to be a quick workout you can do with no special equipment. From the maker of the TV Ad Workout app comes a new fun twist. Doing the workout will help improve your core, legs and upper body.

Some people just can't determine what exercises to do to get healthy. Doing a quick workout is better than doing nothing at all, and may leave you motivated to do more! This app was designed to combat the boredom, lack of time and confusion that comes with just determining what to do.

Each villain has it's own unique exercise routine. Simply pick a movie villain, click start and start going hard for four exercises. A sound effect will play when it's time to do the next exercise.

Try it before, during or after a seeing horror film and stay in shape for the unexpected!
