### 2/5 — Don’t bother

*2025-09-04, version 4.2*

Only shows anatomical labels on certain layers. Unable to point/ pick a structure to get the name. Not user friendly. Not worth the money.

### 3/5 — Good but could use upgrades

*2024-11-17, version 4.2*

I would love to see different viewing angles specifically dorsal/ventral rotating. Being able to select/highlight muscles from different locations to see their information. As well as being able to add personal notes within the information popup.

### 2/5 — Sounds

*2020-10-19*

I tryed all and the sounds don't back..why?

### 4/5 — Very Useful

*2019-02-12, version 2.0*

This app is really good and useful but please keep updating and improving it. Last update was 2 years ago, improvements need to be made sooner than that.

Improvements should include being a little easier to use getting labels back up etc, and being able to isolate a muscle and then rotate the image so you can see the isolated muscle and it's attachments from different angles on the bones. If it was able to do this people doing courses would be more inclined to spend the money buying the app.

### 3/5 — It’s good but could be better.

*2018-03-21, version 2.0*

It could be a really good app but the swiping to change screen is temperament and sometime if you zoom in you can get the names of the bones or muscles back. A side bar would be really useful.

### 2/5 — Not user friendly

*2018-02-23, version 2.0*

Bought this and the dog version. Despise them both. It is not user friendly and not intuitive to use. Not even my tech savvy kid can get the thing to work well. Huge vote no.

### 2/5 — Okay

*2017-07-11, version 2.0*

I was not happy with the graphics, the muscles are blurry and it is not as complete as I was hoping. I am an RVT specializing in equine therapy and rehabilitation and I need to know all muscles and there functions and insertion. I was hoping this would be a great tool to have as a quick reference. But I guess for the price it isn't terrible. Guess I will stick to my anatomy books

### 2/5 — Mr

*2016-11-24, version 2.0*

Not very user friendly, doesn't do what you want, like show the name of the anatomical structure.

### 2/5 — $1 at best

*2015-03-20, version 1.2*

Not worth the $10 it's very basic. I bought this app for my Horseshoeing class. It helps a little with bones and basic info of the horse. Very little info on the hoof. the product does not Mach the cost. But it may in the future I would like to see more info on the tendons, joints and hoof anatomy

### 4/5 — Good for the price

*2015-02-21, version 1.2*

This app is head and shoulders above the more expensive 3D equine app available. Easy to use, info available on origin and insertion of each muscle, clear labels and reasonable illustrations.

### 2/5 — Ehhhh. Not that impressed.

*2015-02-08, version 1.2*

It's not as detailed or informative as I'd like. As one of the commenters said below it's very superficial and basic. It doesn't show some bones of the skull, the nasal cavity etc. in great detail and the explanations are kind of mediocre. I'd also like be able to get a full 360 rotation in all directions. For instance with the skull, you can only see so much and because of the mandible etc. you can't see the ventral side of the skull. Overall, likes said I guess it just covers the basics. If you have 10 bucks to spare, go for it. Otherwise save your money.

### 1/5 — Do not buy

*2014-09-16, version 1.2*

Got to be the biggest waste of money on the App Store, abysmal if I had known it was this bad I wouldn't have downloaded it for free let alone pay this ridiculous price for it!

### 3/5 — Okay

*2014-07-23, version 1.2*

All I can do is stare at it and try and memorize the bones or the muscles. You should try adding a quizzing section!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Constantly crashing

*2019-05-08, version 2.0*

I think it’s overdue an update. When I first purchased (2 years ago) it was super. Lately it crashes every time you change screen and most of the time it won’t open at all.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2019-03-21, version 2.0*

Absolute waste of money. Not a very good app, do not purchase.

### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

*2019-01-13, version 2.0*

I hope you read this review and listen, this app is junk. It hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It’s glitchy, difficult to use (if it will work at all) the graphics and details as well as anatomy accuracy is all garbage. Do not purchase this app, I’m actively looking for a way to get a refund.

### 1/5 — Don’t get this app

*2018-03-10, version 2.0*

It’s useless!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPad

*2017-11-30, version 2.0*

Only get the image of the horse on my iPad, nothing else. Not impressed as it’s too small on my phone. Want a refund!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2017-04-15*

Absolutely not accurate and not easy to use...

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2016-10-30*

Was expecting by far more. This is very high level and it is NOT detailed enough -muscles are missing, bones are not specified. This is by far the minimal requirement if you are looking for a 3D app.

Save the money and go for something better.

### 1/5 — 更新了 不能用了

*2016-02-27*

更新后一直闪退 根本进不去

### 1/5 — Not realy much

*2015-11-15*

Unfortunatly not many muscles...not realy helpful

### 1/5 — Poor detail

*2015-10-23, version 1.2*

Poorly put together. Images are vague. I regret paying for this app. The quality is what I would expect from a free app. Very general application only.

Absolutely a must!

Nice app, good visuals and descriptions and easy to use. Love the quiz section to test your knowledge and it’s great having the pronunciations.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2018-05-02, version 2.0*

### 5/5 — BHS student

I'm studying for BHS stage 2 and this is exactly what I've been looking for!! It would be great if you could creat quizzes but I love it!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2017-04-17, version 2.0*

Great app. The 3D models are detailed and it is easy to use. I especially like the audio pronunciation and text info on each structure. Great update with the various models.

### 5/5 — Crashing now

*2016-04-29, version 1.4*

As a Equine student, I was looking for an app to help me study. I love this one! It's perfect. But after this last update, all it does is crash and I can't use it.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2016-02-14, version 1.2*

I'm studying to become a Veterinary Physiotherapist, this app has helped so much, highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Very useful for reviewing anatomy

*2014-07-01, version 1.2*

I recently started learning equine accupressure and Masterson Method equine body work. This app provided a nice review of the bone landmarks and the muscles. Thank you! I plan to purchase the dog version.

### 5/5 — Perfect to involve my patients in the treatment strategy

*2014-03-27*

Of course this is not a new content. But I use it every day to explain the horse-owners how and where I treat the muscles and tendons of the horses with shockwave therapy.

### 5/5 — Amazing so helpful...gotta have

*2014-03-04, version 1.2*

I'm taking college equine classes and this app has saved me! I can study anywhere it is completely worth the price
