The content is the same as every other regions’ so we shouldn’t be paying more because of a poor US exchange rate. Offer a Canadian rate and maybe you’d get more readers. ### 4/5 — I save SO much money! *2014-07-24* I love the fact that I can buy Horse and Rider issues and Subscriptions to read on my iPad! I live in South Africa and the paper copies of the magazine cost 3x the price I pay for the electronic copies. Another awesome benefit is that I can buy subscriptions! Subscriptions of the paper copy magazine are unavailable in South Africa. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is that I feel the App can be "clunky" and doesn't always run smoothly. Though it could be a bit better, it's now a good app. As before, contente is excellent -~-~- Really good content, when you can get it... I've tried restarting, reinstalling, etc but I can't get it to work well. Very slow and crashy. I pull it up, look at it for a few SECONDS and it closes out. Pulling it up 20 times would not get a page read. If u are unable to fix this problem, I would really appreciate it if I could have my money back. It's not fair to me that I lost my money on a magazine I can't even read or even look at. I bought the spring issue, I don't know if its just a problem with only that one magazine, or if its a problem with all of them, but I am NOT going to even try to buy another one taking the chance of loosing my money again! On the iPhone I have to double tap a blank screen to see if page displays or not - surely it shouldn't work like that? App Store, do you even road test these apps before putting them in your market place? Serious improvements required currently waste of £2.99 make sure you read all the reviews before deciding to purchase as my issues may be isolated but from what I see others have same problems ### 1/5 — Still won't load *2012-12-26* Thought it was a genius idea, after getting my iPad for Christmas. Have downloaded the app, however it just stays in "loading" mode and never actual makes it to the app or any resemblance of a magazine page. I bought the 1 month recurring subscription, and after I bought it the app completely quit on me. I relaunched it several times and it kept quitting. I checked my apple Id and Horse&Rider took the money from my account, but I couldn't read the magazines!! I restarted my iPad and got one issue, but It said I wasn't connected to the Internet so I couldn't login to get my previously downloaded issues!! I checked my apple Id again and I had $8 missing from my account! The subscription only cost $3.99!! Where did my money go?!
