I’m frustrated with the digital app because several times now the Restore feature does not work and I can not access the newest editions. Most frustrating is the inability to contact support via phone. Trying to locate a phone number is nearly impossible and a waste of my time. Unfortunately my subscription just renewed otherwise I would give up and just go back to the print format.
