I’m left with $8 in my account but it’s not enough money to turn into coins to play with and it’s not enough money for me to withdraw therefore I would have to add additional money in order for me to do anything and I really do not like that at all. I think that’s a scam. I initially believed I was playing an online casino product similar to traditional slot machines. After contacting customer service regarding payouts, I was informed that the platform is actually based on horse-race wagering and pari-mutuel betting, with the slot-style games serving as a presentation layer for those wagers. In my opinion, that distinction is not obvious from the marketing. Consumers who see influencers promoting the platform from casino floors, standing in front of slot machines, may reasonably assume they are playing a traditional online casino product with slot-style odds and payouts. That is not what I understood after speaking with customer service. My experience was that the payouts were far smaller than I expected based on the amount wagered. Had I fully understood that I was participating in a horse-racing wagering platform rather than a conventional online casino, I likely would have made different decisions about how much money to deposit. I used to be able to play for a decent amount of time when I put in a few hundred dollars, now it’s gone in minutes. I haven’t received any loyalty bonus credits in months. It’s just not fun to play anymore. Going to start playing the other casino apps again and avoid this one if something doesn’t change.
