## What is HorseShowPrep?

You know your ride time. Everything else follows from it — and that is exactly what
HorseShowPrep works out for you.

Enter the time you enter the arena. The app counts backwards: when the trailer has to
roll, when to load, tack up, groom and feed. What comes out is the one number that
matters on the morning of a show — your departure time.

YOUR ROUTINE, NOT OURS
The dressage show day template that ships with the app is a suggestion, not a rule.
Change durations, remove tasks, add your own. That is why the app is worth more at your
second show than at your first. Editing a template only affects new shows — a show
coming up on Saturday never shifts underneath you.

TRAVEL TIME YOU CAN TRUST
The app gets the driving time from your yard to the venue via Apple Maps and shows you
the route on a map, plus a buffer for the trailer — it is slower than a car. You can
override any number yourself, and everything keeps working without a signal.

CHANGE ONE THING, EVERYTHING FOLLOWS
Start lists get reshuffled, classes run late. Change the start time and the whole plan
moves with it — timeline, reminders and, if you want, the calendar entry.

ONE CALENDAR ENTRY, NOT TWENTY-FIVE
If you like, the app adds your show to your calendar as a single entry: from departure
until you are back, with the schedule in the notes. No cluttered calendar. Individual
tasks can be added as well if that is what you want.

NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD
No login, no sign-up, no server. Your data stays on your iPhone. No tracking, no ads.
The app never asks for your location, and it may only write to your calendar — never
read it.

Riders competing in dressage and show jumping who travel with a trailer and would rather
not leave the morning of a show to chance.
