For the price of services this app is dismal. The check mark “enter button” in the upper right corner doesn’t work most of the time forcing one to use the back button. As a result, were re- entering information because it’s not saved.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app on both android and iPhone multiple times and repeatedly get a blank white screen. Rebooting my phones does nothing to fix the issue.

App description indicates the app can be used by animal owners. However when attempting to log into the app, you are told only veterinarians can log in.  I can log into the website and view my horses’ Coggins; why can’t I use the app?

Description is misleading - app does not operate as advertised.

Once horse info is entered and pics are taken, the check mark to close out the screen no longer works. I can hit the back arrow and then sync the animal but sometimes hitting the back arrow erases the whole patient. When we have 30 coggins to prep back to back in a full barn, I can’t have the app setting me back by erasing patients. Please fix.

this app is useful for Veterinarians to sync with their online account to help import coggins testing information while in the field.
