## What is Horti Club?

Manage your business petty cash with greater visibility and control.

The app brings petty cash funding, expense requests, approvals, payments, quotations and transaction history together in one convenient mobile experience.

See your available balance and pending activity from the dashboard. Review requests with their purpose, requester information and supporting attachments before making an approval decision.

Fund petty cash by recording bank transfers and attaching transfer evidence. Once a request is approved, authorized team members can record payments, select the payment method, add reference information and attach receipts.

For purchasing workflows, vendor quotations can be reviewed and compared so authorized users can record quotation decisions and continue the procurement process.
