В целом все работает сносно, но когда возникнет неприятная ситуация, вас оставят разбираться со всем самому. Вот так и произошло: приехал на трак стоп, на логбуке оставалось около 8 мин driving и около 30-40 мин on duty. Поставил на off, но, видимо, когда пришлось подвинуть трак немного, включился driving. Я не увидел. Вроде ничего такого. Он должен, если не едешь, через некоторое время уйти на on duty. Но не ушел. И все 15 минут ушли в driving. Естественно 7 минут over driving светится красным. Изменить нельзя. Mileage, engine hours and location не изменились. Так вот обратился в поддержку, и там посоветовали просто объяснить все офицеру, если будет проверка и ничем помочь не могут 🤷🏻 С одной стороны - моя вина, с другой стороны - ничего криминального не случилось и могли бы помочь. Потому что еще может быть safety audit и там особо спрашивать не будут. Еще из минусов: оплатили премиум подписку, в которую включен gps и IFTA репорт, но это все не включили программно. Пришлось отдельно обращаться, что бы все заработало. Хотя зачарджили исправно. Из плюсов: удобный и понятный интерфейс, без заморочек. ### 1/5 — Alvaro Bad Customer service *2024-05-09* I recommend that HOS 24/7 has a talk to Alvaro on being more professional to customers. When coming to him with a situation that could be fixed. He was very rude, he was blaming us for everything. When we were trying to explain our issues, he would not listen and made everything so uncomfortable. I recommend HOS 24/7 to Retrain him on being professional, understanding and not making thing harder then they should. I don’t know how he become a Supervisor. ### 1/5 — App does not show HOS screen properly *2022-04-18* The app store shows the HOS with the current duty status above the list of available hours, however once the app is downloaded the two are side by side. Because of this there is less room and it makes it harder to see. I called support and they said there is no way to correct this. Why? Why would a company show what the screen is going to look like in the App Store but then when it’s presented to the end user it is different? Keep in mind that a 50 something person wearing glasses with bifocals should not have to squint to see a screen to view hours while going down the Highway then hear that there is no way to “fix it”. Really? It’s called technology, it can be programmed better. Will be searching for another ELD provider before my 1st month is up. ### 1/5 — NO APP AVAILABLE FOR TABLET FOR APPLE *2020-05-13, version 2.3.161432* When will there be an app for the IPad? ### 2/5 — OWNER/O *2026-02-09, version 2.200.487* The only thing good about this ELD is the hardware, connectivity is good but it lacks several FMCSA features, there is no SPLIT, no pause, it is just very poorly programmed, it’s features are basic, it can only count down from 14 hours and give you a violation warning when 15 minutes left, even if you were off duty or sleeper for hours, now I was off duty for several hours it shows, Drive left 10:41, Shift left 9:47, it cannot adjust the drive with the shift, driving hours left must be lower or equal than shift hours. Overall I feel like this ELD is a waste of money, it cannot do job properly and I already paid for a year. ### 2/5 — Owner operator *2025-12-19, version 2.200.487* Only thing is missing is option to split the hours ### 2/5 — Hos 247 *2025-12-06, version 2.200.487* I recently purchased this ELD and I am very disappointed….cannot even modify from off duty to on duty for one minute…even if the FMCSA is allowing a carrier to be able to do so. Also is registering when you start or shut down your engines too…this is ridiculous. Just don’t purchase this ELD or you being warned. ### 2/5 — Does not work split time *2024-02-23* Split is not working. After my 10 hour off I was working 5 hours then I went off duty (more than 2 hours). After that I was driving 4 hours. I need to go sleep for 8 hours but shift didn’t open. Had to wait two more hours.
