After a few days of waiting we finally got a response but it wasn’t even through Hoseasons themselves but through a separate company who after hearing the issue in another email. Took weeks to actually get back to us and the only ‘investigating’ they did was ask us what happened and the owner and then decided to side somehow with the owner as well. No updates in the investigation, no incentive for the poor stay or compensation for the poor stay. Nothing. Very disappointed after making a booking and advised by booking to download app. Slightly pointless 🤷🏻‍♂️ error message even says you have been notified of issue. So initial log in prob fixed 👏then an update which won’t allow log into App “a error has occurred please try later” I’ve been trying multiple times and still same message even after deleting App and reloading, absolute waste of time.
