## What is Hoshna Agents?

Hoshna is a real estate agents company that uses an “IT” System for making it easier for clients to purchase their Properties and have more information and more options to find what property they are looking for, Hoshna.com is opening the door for agents to deliver their properties to more clients, in this way the property will be sold (faster) and (easier).

Why easier for agents to sell their properties:

Because “Hoshna” will be responsible for marketing their properties and make sure to show and deliver these deals to as many as possible clients in the area, and Hoshna will be contacting with clients and answering their questions and Schedule showing for client’s and responsible for changing ownership of the sold property to the new owners on Hoshna cost so this will save money for the clients and bring more traffic to the app and less work for agents.

What is Hoshna’s responsibility: 

Hoshna will Provide: 

1- Comfort spot for agents to meet and discuss with their clients and finish the deals.

2- Customer care to answer some of the client’s questions and Schedule appointments for clients to meet with agents.

3- Marketing the Hoshna app to make sure the properties will be delivered to as many as possible Interested clients.

4- Professional photographers with small Additional costs for agents if there looks to take professional photos to their properties 
Using drones and best cameras for Premium deals.

5- Secure ownership Transfer from the seller to the buyer with Hoshna cost, and secure payment if buyer requested.

6- Hoshna agents ID card.

7- Three days training.

8- Premium agent membership: if agents get to a certain amount of points, more Details on premium membership on agents Responsibilities chapter.
