## What is Hospice?

HospiceConnect is an app that bridges the gap between Hospice businesses and independent healthcare professionals.
To eliminate the escalating staffing challenges in hospice care, our app helps both Hospices and independent healthcare professionals connect with each other. Hospice businesses can create assignments and assign shifts to healthcare professionals. These professionals can update their availability, pick up shifts based on their availability, and receive real-time push notifications with any changes or updates to their schedules.
