I’ve been using hospital table for the last year + and I love it! It helps me a lot to manage all my properties throughout the platforms in one place and especially with all the AI generated that can help you set it up with a quick response. I already suggested a lot of friends and family and I would highly recommend to use it as a host.

Believe all the negative reviews you see here. The customer service for this app is nonexistent. If you submit a ticket, even as a paying user, expect to not hear back for about a week – maybe even more. That was my situation. And then when I was finally responded to, I was told the only way to possibly get better service would be to pay an extra fee every month on top of the existing membership fee. What a ridiculous business model, where you ask customers to pay more to get a reasonable response time to their support requests.

I’ve tried a number of property management software platforms and Hospitable has been the best I have found yet!  For the price, I can’t imagine finding a better value for the amount of time and effort It will save you managing your STR property across multiple platforms.  It has countless automated tools, also using AI to perform many functions to save you so much time.  I have received countless five star reviews, and they often mention how good my communication is, which is a big result of Hospitable.  Highly recommend !!!

I have tried 5 different STR PM platforms in the past 3 years. Hospitable is hands down the easiest and most user friendly for those who are not tech savvy.  It has tons of features that other software doesn’t for its price point.  They are constantly updating it with new products but not too annoyingly! (When I used Guesty Pro they would update features every 4-6 months and the app would
Look completely different!!). The nice thing about Hospitable is they ease us into the new features. It’s getting pretty close to that one software is all you need category! I have confidence they will be amazing in the next year or sooner!

I can’t say enough how amazing Hospitable has been!   I use to use Hostaway and Hospitable is so much better.  Yes, onboarding is a process but so worth it.   The company truly cares about the hosts and guests and are consistently listening and improving.  I feel lucky to have found them and now using them.   Awesome! Awesome!  Awesome!

I use the app to check when I get new reservations and send template (“canned responses”) messages to my guests.  I think it’s super handy to quickly check the calender of my two properties.  No issues with setting it up or using the many features like the metric dashboards.

I had high hopes for this app, but it continues to under deliver and disappoint. 

Zero customer assistance- their AI is OK, however I have some tickets open for 3 to 4 weeks now, and phone calls are not even an option even though I’m paying for Mogul. In Canada we pay the full USD converted price, however damage deposits are not supported in this currency (leaving us exposed, and also means we cannot be on instant book on Google as we have to collect that prior to confirming the reservation) no rental insurance in Canada, no upsells which was a feature we were really looking forward to, the financial reporting is inconsistent, incorrect and does not match the metrics, you cannot run a simple report to filter out tax. The cleaning section is pretty much useless and we are constantly going back-and-forth between this internal Details like bringing a dog, has an allergy, late checkout, etc. To top it off, there is virtually zero support. 

The calendar and messaging works OK, standard across all PMS. Most other features we are still in a Google Drive doc.

We take a commitment every day to deliver what we promise to our guests and to our client/homeowners, and hospitable has zero regard for their own word and promises, shameful.

I’ve used it for 3 months and come to the conclusion. It’s a company that doesn’t care about customer experience. How can you trust it to manage guest experience?

They have a bug with the smart lock integration. It’s costed me bad customer experience. When I reported the bug, instead of acknowledgment and promptly forward to engineering to fix the issue, they asked me to send a dozen proofs. 

First the automated process that asked me for screenshots (which is fine) then screen recordings to prove the screenshots (what?). And a customer service agent reached out. Slow turn around aside, he asked me for more screenshots (ones that are simply a duplicate of what I have provided). Guess what at this point, they haven’t even filed a ticket about the bug.

App for some reason worked better when I first started using it a couple years ago and now it’s just terrible. Crashes more often than before. Right now it won’t even load. Yes AI chat feature is cool sometimes but when the app fails to even load is not even worth it. Before you could edit the calendar availability easily on just the basic plan but since they’ve added new features you need to pay more just to do simple tasks. Overall the user experience is just not that great as before.

Not a very user friendly app and still in early stages of development. Linking with Vrbo takes time because it’s no set up for it yet. what’s the point of a multi platform site if it won’t do multi platforms?  Unsure now how my pricing is not being managed and the help function is unhelpful. Speaking to an agent can take a day. Not impressed
