I downloaded this game cause others said there are no ads, but that’s a lie. You get to a certain level and then get an ad after every level you complete. It’s a fun game, not relaxing at all though and very fast paced, so if you like that then it’ll be fun for you. But a lot of these other reviews are straight up lying and people should be aware of this before playing.

This game was super fun until I bought a bonus pack. Then it assumed I would keep buying and changed all the watch ads for coins options to pay only. Now it's unplayable without constant spending. Don't waste your money.

If you want to play a very casual game in your free time with below average gaming experience where you have to pay to progress and be bombarded with ads each stages you complete (which is only two minutes to complete, by the way) then this game is for you! 😁

The amount of coins you get to upgrade some parts are less than what you need to spend. The ads are so much and this game is so desperate to earn from there. Each game always lead you to watch an ad which is a bit annoying and the only way to stop that is to close the app and open again. The game is good but so desperate for ads which is very annoying!

U cant pass a level specially an endless mode if u dont spend real money to upgrade doctors and equipment income. u need to play and lose so many times just so u can upgrade a doctor by 1 level up but even then its still not enough

Уже надоело , то заходил нормально , потом просто месяц на заходит , не загружает игру и все , чем больше вносите обновлений тем хуже становится, опять в игру зайти не возможно , поддержка ваша не открывается

Hello - I’ve been playing this game for ages now and have never had issues like this before - the game just won’t load all of a sudden - it hangs near the end. I have re-installed twice but no difference. I am not having issues with any other games or with my broadband. Could you check it out please 😊
