## What is Hospital Security?

You hold the gate to a busy hospital. Patients, visitors, and the desperate line up — and you decide who passes, who waits, and who is turned away.

Read each case, inspect papers, question their story, search the suspicious. Triage by need (Red / Yellow / Green), stop threats before they reach the ward, and obey the day's strict Rule — even when it conflicts with your gut. The pressure rises with every mistake. So do the consequences: the patient you turned away may collapse at the door; the threat you waved through may breach the ward.
