The company I rent through uses this app to provide digital key access to our building and apartments, but because the app is unreliable we need to carry back up physical cards to avoid being locked out which defeats the benefit of having a digital key. When I place the phone on my door the light blinks but nothing happens on the app. My door never unlocks. My husband & son have no issues. When they place the phone a circle pops up & you can hear the click when the door unlocks. I went to the leasing office & they said they see no issues on their end. Zero issues every time.
