I’m not even from the hospitality industry, but I downloaded this app out of curiosity and ended up enjoying it. The trivia-based format makes learning  fun, and I use it like a game anytime I have a few minutes to wait for something else. I can absolutely see how it could help waiters/esses improve their interactions at work (and it's fun as a customer to discover rules I did not know about). Really promising concept and well executed so far. Removing one star just because of card formatting issues (text is not scrollable when it overflows the card).

Super in depth, even for people who have worked in hospitality for years. An app that doesn't feel like learning. Very well developed, seamless design.
