Well done Host. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2026-06-25, version 4.1.6* Genuinely worst app. I’ve had it sitting in my phone for two months and it says ‘we will process your application shortly.’ I’ve been trying to look for some shift jobs so I got recommended this app. I won’t be recommending it further. The worst part about this is that I phoned them up and they said they would “look at my application now” and my screen still says processing. So I will now be deleting. I don’t recommend downloading if you are looking for jobs lol. There’s much better apps out there. ### 1/5 — An absolute scam. *2025-09-08, version 3.11* Huge scam. Don’t trust them. ### 1/5 — Keep getting logged out and can’t log in *2025-07-28, version 3.11* I keep getting logged out of the and am unable to log back in right now. I have phoned host about this months ago and the problem resolved itself after I logged out of the website and it randomly let me in again but have repeatedly had issues since then. I have the most up to date version of this app and I phone software. There is nothing wrong with my profile I can always log into the website with no issues. It’s just the app. It’s extremely irritating. Sometimes when I log out of the website it briefly logs me back into the app and then randomly logs me out but I have tried this since and it now completely doesn’t work. Please fix your bugs host. Its really frustrating and inconvenient for organising my shifts. ### 1/5 — App has a bug :( *2025-05-26, version 3.11* I can log in and book shifts from host website with no problems! But the app has a bug. I have the most up to date version. It wont let me log in on the app I type in my username and password and it just returns me to the same username and password page. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2025-02-05, version 3.04* I downloaded this app because I wanted a new job and to try new things. I signed up in September (5 months ago) and didn’t get a response or a verification until today when a random person texted me. In the time that it took to respond to me I got a new full time job and didn’t even remember I had signed up for it. ### 1/5 — Rota Issue *2024-11-29, version 3.03* facing many difficulties to balance with Rota, specially this app unable to show job for next/ upcoming weeks, therefore I’m rating 1 star to this new app, I think they should solve the issue. ### 2/5 — So slow *2025-06-26, version 3.11* The app is so slow and some days freezes in the notifications bar even when clicking on other tabs ### 3/5 — Please fix bugs! *2025-05-22, version 3.11* The ‘next shift’ tab doesn’t work (it shows that I have no shifts booked when I do). Also, when clicking on a notification to open the app, the ‘book shift’ tab becomes very glitchy (showing shifts without any timings or showing no shifts on days where there are shifts available).
