It’s difficult to search for restaurants! Tech support is limited and seems to be relegated to an automated chat service. I just wanted to add myself to the waitlist for a restaurant which has taken me 40 mins I could be waiting there in person! ### 1/5 — Worst application ever - *2019-07-26* IOS Store - Downloaded the app - no problem. From there the set-up & navigation is about the worst user experience I have seen in years. The GPS on the phone should be used for location identification. Kept taking me to Washington DC. To signup the format of the phone number is not clear. If it wants dashes I’m not sure how to find them. Password wanted too much security for a I’m waiting in line notification. Never got it to work - got texted after an hour. We got to the Harbor Room restaurant and it was closed! The hours posted on the door states it was closed on Sundays. Why bother making a reservation with an app that doesn’t confirm the reservation with the restaurant? ### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used *2022-08-01* Nothing works. Can’t create an account. I would say at least 25% of the time it malfunctions. Sometimes the calendar is grayed out and won’t let me select a date. Other times it has said fully booked for 10am when I know it’s not. One time it said fully booked for 10am and there were 3 or 4 people at the adult pool. ### 2/5 — Just ok *2023-02-11* The concept of this app is great however it is not very user friendly. The location won’t acknowledge Canada, even though there are Canadian restaurants that use them. Appeared to offer that (although ui not very intuitive) but then it just failed time after time.
