### 5/5 — Molto comoda e funzionale

*2023-11-30, version 1.3.1*

Grazie.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-07-22, version 1.3.1*

App is completely useless if you don’t pay

### 5/5 — Simple yet effective

*2021-07-14, version 1.3.1*

Was looking for a simple tool that would allow a frequent ping of a server I need to be up and online as much as possible. This tool allows me to do exactly that. Even lets you remove any unwanted checks (for me port 80 and root URL are unnecessary) so you get a green light on just what’s important to you. There are other tools out there but they are way more complicated and some of them I tried didn’t even work.

### 5/5 — I paid this.

*2020-05-02, version 1.3.1*

like this simple design, good function. works good.

### 4/5 — Excellent app, just needs some basic additions

*2019-07-27, version 1.3.0*

This is a solid, reliable and very useful app. As others have pointed out, it would be *so* useful to be able to re-order the list. Also, it would be great if there was a display option to have just one screen “line” per host. That way you could fit more hosts on a single screen without having to scroll. I emailed the developer directly about these two feature requests, over a year ago, but received no reply.

### 1/5 — bug

*2019-04-23, version 1.3.0*

insert error like that aaaa.co.kr:8081

port insert X

### 4/5 — So close to perfect

*2018-11-29, version 1.3.0*

For the most part this app does what I needed. (After paying for the upgrade, totally worth it!)

I agree with other reviews here that more options for background monitoring should be available.

I also agree that you should be able to at a minimum reorder the list of hosts. I think grouping should also be an option, but one step at a time I guess.

Final request, syncing my list with iCloud to other devices.

I would still recommend this app though, especially if it’s going to be used in live mode mounted to a wall etc.

Thanks

### 3/5 — Works but very basic.

*2018-10-17, version 1.3.0*

Useful app, but lacks basic features like reordering of list.
Would be nice if the ping frequency was much more customisable. All test frequency need to have the option to be in the millisecond range and per host. 1 hour minimum for background check is ok if you’re testing websites and alike but if you’re checking system critical devices then you to be in the millisecond or at least seconds range even if it is a battery killer it should be an option.
Logging would be nice.
App it’s a good idea and it works well, just needs to be less restrictive.
This app is worth downloading and paying to upgrade.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2018-02-22, version 1.2.2*

Too simplistic, even after unlocking the paid features. No ability to turn off ICMP, or port 80 checks. Point in time only (i.e. no histogram that would be useful to see site availability over time). Does not show TLS negotiation errors. Uninstalling.

### 4/5 — Great tool. But alerts are missing.

*2017-09-06, version 1.2.2*

Feature request: ability to sort server list and be able to view more servers in one page view. Perhaps have different views so we can see just a smaller view.

------------------------------------------------------------

Unless you are able to watch the host monitor full time, you really need alerts sent to email, mms, and pop up messages. This tool does a great job and has a great user interface. It's just missing the alert capabilities.

Update: tried contacting support but web site form not working.

Yesterday I got the ios10 update and also the latest update for host monitor (color blind). Now the app won't work. It's more buggy than ever. I try to turn off background but it won't save. It won't refresh in forground either.
