HostWelly helps you plan business lunches, celebrations, casual get-togethers, and dinner parties with care. Build your gathering around the people coming, the feeling you want, and the time that works for you.

START WITH YOUR GATHERING
Answer one question at a time to create a starter plan. Choose the occasion, guest count, atmosphere, where you would like a little help, and your date and arrival time. Review your answers before choosing access.

MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR PEOPLE
Keep guest names, dietary details, and private notes in one place. Arrange your tables, move seats, and use seating preferences to create a layout that works for your guests.

PLAN THE FOOD AND THE FLOW
Organize courses and dishes, keep preparation notes separate from the menu guests see, and share a polished menu PDF. Build preparation steps around the main event and spot tasks competing for the same resource.

ENJOY HOSTING
Use Host mode to see what is next, complete tasks, and adjust timing as plans change. Keep conversation notes, music links, and atmosphere checklists close at hand.

INVITE AND SHARE WITH CARE
Sign in to synchronize your plan, create personal RSVP links, and manage guest responses. Choose which menu details to publish. Enable a private shared photo album for accepted invitees, and revoke invitation access when needed.

CHOOSE YOUR ACCESS
Onboarding and a read-only sample are free to explore. Planning requires Sign in with Apple and an in-app purchase. Hostwelly Society is an annual subscription for unlimited gatherings while active. One Evening unlocks one specific gathering with a one-time purchase; it works for any time of day. A duplicate is a separate gathering.

Prices and billing terms appear before purchase. Society renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Hostwelly account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
