Every time I try to listen to this radio, it always gives me an ad. The old version didn't used to do this.

I like to have the ability to use my phone's other capabilities while streaming music, does me no good setup as it is.

The app in general is good, but there’s a major problem. Way too many ads. By it being a public radio station there’s naturally ads and commercials, but the app itself adds additional commercials and ads with the radio commercials. This causes you to miss content and it seems that 40 minutes into every hour the additional commercials run in a loop. If you’re not paying attention you’ll end up listening to 30+ minutes of commercials and ads. Very frustrating especially if you’re listening to particular segments that interest you. The only way around this is to constantly restart the app, but that can be a problem also because it subjects you to more ads and may freeze if it tries to start video adds that you can’t skip.

Even with all the updates this app still cuts off in the middle of my songs. Also, I HATE THE ADS!!!!!!!!! They are very annoying.

I have an iPhone, and I don't like how the app disconnects when I try to do anything else (text, check emails etc). I would like to listen & do other things at the same time. It'll randomly disconnect sometimes as well. It's a cool app to have, but I would like to see some improvement if possible.

Glad I can listen from my phone finally. Was disappointed iHeart didn't carry Hot 104.1.  Who cares now!!! Listening to Rickey Smiley every morning at work! Thanks

Been wanting a way to listen to my local station so I could hear the Rickey Smiley show while at work. This app works so far and you can also rum it in the back on a regular 3G.
