Tried to use it at the mall and the rep at the counter said that the app is no longer valid. He proceeded to say that the company no longer recognizes or uses the app or applies any points. Really!? Then he proceeded to say I should have received an email about it…which I did not. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charges and never use this app or go to that store again. But instead it gave me a pick up time 2 and a half hours later, but didn’t tell me that until I had already confirmed payment. Why would i ask to “prepare now” only to pick up nearl 3 Hours later? If it’s going to take that long, they should tell you BEFORE you order. When I open the app, it asks if I would like to migrate my points. I clicked yes and put in my information and an error message pops up saying that my email is already being used. Of course it’s being used since I’m trying to log into an already existing account and not opening a new one.
