Subscribed for a year but no access. I cancelled and got a message that my cancellation would be effective at the end of the year - in other words, we'll charge you for the year anyway for an app that does not work. As I paid within app, I'm left without any access. Please fix. This is a terrible consumer experience for a great magazine. Apple should disable apps like this that bill and don't work.

Subscription only allows access to archived ( over one year old) issues.

When I open up the app to purchase an issue, the only thing that happens when I click on the green price button is that the app crashes. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I have contacted Hot Press, but they didn't care much. This is a bad app.

Really wanted to purchase the latest issue with Gavin James.  Not sure what's wrong but can't seem to get the app to work.  Disappointed.

Best produced music mag on here, cracking read always full of well written pieces and great photographs, all you want from a good digital music paper, top marks
