The devs released a series of incredibly poor updates, when they dropped the 2.0 update they deleted everyone’s progress and poorly compensated players. Not to mention completely destroying the gameplay and competitive scene of the game. I had maxed everything, all cars, best parts, for it to all be taken away. Years of playing the game and far too much money spent gone like that. They plan to release a 3.0 update soon, I wonder what is going to happen this time. I personally will not spend any more money on this game and recommend you spend your time play any other game you can find. ### 1/5 — Lost my account *2026-07-19, version 2.4.47* Really enjoyed this game and wanted to support the developers, so I bought the pass. Unfortunately, my app crashed/relaunched and I lost my account and all my progress. I contacted customer support right away but haven’t gotten any response. Very disappointed with the customer service and the save system. I liked the game enough to pay for it — I just wish there was a way to recover my account or at least get a reply from support. ### 1/5 — Absolutely disgusting disrespectful and disgraceful. *2026-06-26, version 2.4.45* Regardless of how good you are if your opponent has a paid for skin or car you will be slowed down on corners when they crash into you, you WILL be forced behind the opponents car and slowed down their boost lasts longer and their cars are just cracked. Also if you are of African heritage please be aware there is a SERIOUS problem with racist gamer tags and names all pointed to black hate and white power. What a joke. I don’t mind the pay walls people have issues with but not allowing me to play the game as I wish with my free time is just stupid. Instead of matching you with players close to your level, it forces you to race against opponents three levels higher, a gap that’s practically impossible to close through skill alone.
