And not even an error message or something pops up, the page just refreshes and nothing has happened. And even customer service reps have said they know it’s an issue because of other customers complaining when they call. Sooooo inconvenient to spend so much time trying to buy something and its 1. NOT AVAILABLE TO SHIP OR PICK UP 2. THE STORE CANCELS THE ORDER 3. COUPONS DONT SHOW UP/WORK. There’s so much saturation (you’ll se every product in every color as a different listing) that scrolling through to shop/browse is useless. I hope they organize the app and make it better soon because I would love to be able to shop online.
