After successfully ordering pizza a dozen times with my phone remembering the login info, it suddenly stopped working. I clicked the “forgot password” link, got the reset email, created a new password, and tried logging in. It said success… then froze. I tried again, and it banned me and I wasn’t even on hotbox.com, so they are using a third party for the ordering process. I guess I get that, a pizza company probably doesn’t want to deal with tech. But at least find a third party that has a decent product. I’m not going through that mess again. This is a chain worth millions, and they went cheap on the app and it’s clearly costing them. Whoever the overpaid CEO is should be fired for letting this train wreck of a third-party app represent their brand.

It’s a shame cause I love their pizza and their deals but both the app and their website is horrible. I can add things to the cart but then can’t go to the cart. The cart is no where to be found. I called them and they were just like oh yeah we can just take your order online. It would be better for them to not have an app at all then to have one so crappy.

The pizza is great when you can finally order it. But their mobile site and app are so god awful and frustrating that by the time you finally are able to order you’re not hungry anymore you’re just angry. They lost a sale today because of it.

All stores but mine show up and when I go to log in it says my email doesn’t exist but when I go online to order it logs me in

Every time I use the app it requires me to select store even though my local store is listed at top under "Pickup From." 
I also have to renter credit card info. 
Instances where it doesn't remember my customer profile. 👎🏻
