Hilarious! 🤣. Also, it really shouldn’t have to ask if I have a Medicare card for the fiftieth time… In addition, taking away the ability to cancel or change appointments in the app is a bad regression. Doesn’t this just increase the burden on receptionists for something that could and should be automated? I booked a medical cer *2026-06-23* I booked for a medical certificate that requires a consultation with a GP. I never received a call despite waiting from 9 AM until 12:30 PM. My card was charged for a service I did not receive. I contacted HotDoc, and it took them days to respond. Then, I was charged AGAIN this morning for a service I did not receive at ALL. I reached out to HotDoc, who directed me to call the “clinic.” After multiple calls that went straight to voicemail, I finally spoke to a guy who asked me to go through HotDoc! He even claimed that they called my phone but I did not answer, which is an outright LIE because I was waiting for their call the entire day on FRIDAY! I was given the runaround over my own money for a service I never received! Don’t book unless you want to be scammed! This new service needs to be managed by people, where customers are ONLY CHARGED IF THEY ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE SERVICE! **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback!  I’m sorry to hear you encountered an issue.
