It says “unable to connect to games server” even though my internet is on and all other games work. I haven’t changed nothing but I can’t understand what’s gone wrong. Can you help please and I’ll update to 5 stars as soon as it works as it’s worthy of that. I have the latest IOS update. ### 2/5 — If you like waiting 6 months to a year *2022-08-01, version 1.21.0* If you like waiting 6 months to a year for an update then by all means download this game. It’s a good game, but seriously they post “update coming soon”, just to be sure I looked the word soon up in the dictionary and it means a short span of time. The last update was roughly 8 months ago. I ended up downloading hidden hotel (original version of this game and even with some of the ridiculously hard levels I’ve almost caught up to the area where hotel blast has stopped. I don’t know if they have no intention of adding more levels to finish the areas, or just shutting the game down. I’ve checked in on the game just to see if they updated since last Christmas 2021) and no they haven’t….. so disappointing **Developer response:** Hello, player. Thank you for your feedback. I am a limited time player and finished all the tasks (so anyone who plays A LOT, you are going to run out of things to do quickly). I have emailed the game folks twice and was assured that new tasks would arrive soon. My idea of soon is not three months or more later. VERY DISAPPOINTING. **Developer response:** Hello. When I log back into play I have to repeat a task already completed, keys are hard enough to come by without using them twice for the same thing! Also too often when I elect to watch the dreadful survivor ads to get more goes, at the completion of the ad, the game freezes or blacks out. It takes a very long time for more rooms to appear to redecorate.I play it mainly for the match three which is very challenging and I love being able to get boosters when you need them to continue. HOWEVER, once you get to level 79 it stops, saying “more levels are on the way”. When I investigated I found emails and messages from other players with the same complaint. One player said he sent an email to the company after waiting 3 months and only received an assurance more levels were on the way. However he went on to say those levels never came. Ive been playing it for a few hours and i love it. Im a match 3 games fan, i have a lot of this games on my phone and this one is on my top 3. The only bad thing I’ve noticed so far is that it looks like this game has been abandoned by the developers. It hasn’t had an update in over a year and you can’t connect your game with Facebook anymore. Its a shame because this game its incredible and the storyline makes it even better.
