Und 30km Umkreis voreingestellt ohne offensichtliche Möglichkeit der Anpassung in der App am Handy. In allen anderen mir bekannten Apps ist das intuitiver gelöst. ### 1/5 — Ganz schlimm auf einmal stimmen Login Eingaben nicht mehr in der App *2025-03-10, version 11.30.3* Ohne dass man etwas dazu getan hat, sind die Login Eingaben auf der Smartphone App nicht mehr gültig ### 1/5 — Anbieter halten sich nicht an Buchungsbedingungen *2024-12-20, version 11.29.3* Ich habe Jahrelang immer nur über einen Mitbewerber gebucht und benötige jedes Jahr etwa 20 Längere Aufentahlte (5-10 Tage a min 3 Personen) und dazwischen immer mal wieder kürzere. In all den Jahren hatte ich mit dem Mitbewerber nie auch nur 1 Problem. Jetzt wollte ich Hotel.de mal eine Chance geben und habe dort 5 Hotels (alles längere Aufenthalte) gebucht. Nach nun 2 Wochen hatte ich schon 2 mal das Problem das obwohl offiziell deklariert wurde das eine Zahlung im Hotel erfolgte und eine Kreditkarte natürlich nur zur buchungsgarantie hinterlegt werden würde einfach irgendwelche Hoteliers abbuchen. Das schlimmste an der ganzen Sache finde ich dabei noch das meine Kreditkartendaten einfach an diese Hotels weitergegeben werden. So eine unseriöse Plattform habe ich noch nie erlebt und ich werde in Zukunft weiten Abstand von Buchungen hier nehmen. Gerade an die Gewerbetreibenden hier kann ich nur raten lasst die Finger hiervon. ### 1/5 — Buchungs-Button regiert nicht *2024-06-27, version 11.23.1* Buchung mit aktueller iPad-App war nicht möglich, da Buchungs-Button nicht reagiert. Erst mit der Website funktionierte es. ### 1/5 — Mal wieder nur Murks *2023-09-15, version 2.0.0* Ihr schafft es immer wieder mit Updates neue Bugs einzubauen. Die Buchungen werden mir in der App nicht mehr angezeigt. Wann setzt ihr endlich Profis dran? ### 1/5 — Grottenschlechte App *2022-10-24, version 1.4.0* Was für eine grottenschlechte App. Hotel suchen funktioniert nur rudimentär. Die App setzt einfach irgendwelche Hotels ein, Highlight derzeit irgendwas in México und natürlich bekommt man kein Ergebnis was man sucht. Ergebnis: leider ausgewichen auf die Mitbewerber. Da muss ganz schnell was passieren. ### 1/5 — Grauenvoll *2022-05-03, version 1.2.3* Eure App lief eine ganze Weile fehlerfrei. Seit ein paar Wochen wieder nur Grütze. Die Zeiten hatten wir schon mal. Man kann keinen Ort eingeben und somit keine Hotels suchen. Somit ist eure App unbrauchbar. Vor allem über eine do lange Zeit. Das muß niemand verstehen. Zugangscode muss eingegeben werden, den man gar nicht erhalten hat. Stornierungen sind nicht möglich, App bricht zusammen.
