It just sends you to the website with no way to contact them. Beginning to doubt the legitimacy of this company and this game. Game was fun but not worth the hassle dealing with all the issues. Plus why do I have to rotate my iPad opposite of what everything else is on the orientation? This game is upside down. This game was unbelievably hard on level six. It was impossible to even beat unless you spent money and I don’t even know if that would’ve worked so I deleted it. I saw now that they updated it so I downloaded it again and I was able to get past that level. It looks like they fixed it so I’m going to try playing more and see how it goes. So far it’s fun. I’m pretty sure the developers are aware of this issue, but have not taken the time to fix the bug. It seems to me they created the game to collect a couple of dollars and move on. Those of us that purchased boosters should be refunded money spent. Can’t color assign rooms bc one of the rooms asked for isn’t even in the game. No way to contact company either. Deleted and started over and the same thing happened. The levels start off pretty easier but as you go on it because more difficult and the upgrades in the game become necessaries. The problem I’m having is that I’m on level 64 in the Alice hotel and I’m supposed to get 70 likes but even though all guest are giving likes I still end up with only 69 likes and I believe it’s because there’s not enough guest to meet that requirement so there must be a glitch. Very strange. Even when you match the correct room, it doesn’t acknowledge this and you cannot progress at all.
