The main feature of the game is to ask people to exchange currency, like US$, for in-game “gems” so you could continue playing. Very effective. The reason it’s a good feature: the game is a great distraction when you are making a short commute to work… you can pay for 5-10 mins for free before it asks you for money, and boom: you are at your stop! BUT I have had to request refunds multiple times. I’ve bought things through the game before, but other times things will be purchased when my phone is off even though I have in app purchases turned off. It takes approximately 120 taps on the generator to get some of the items needed for 1 order. Only being able to accumulate the energy after 3 hours means you would have to gather the energy at least twice to get to the end result for 1 item in an order. Then when the generator is “retired” they give you a few coins for the leftover items you’ve made meaning you could have spent all 100 energy on something only to get 5 coins for it. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestion! This is a puzzle matching game, not like how it is advertised. Arguably this is misbranding ### 1/5 — poor *2026-08-25, version 14.0* ads do not replicate the game at all, does not say anything about merging ### 1/5 — False Advertising *2026-08-25, version 14.0* Multiple ads I received in other games showed you played as the manager of a hotel and had to do tasks to keep up with maintenance and expand the hotel. When I downloaded the game from the ad, it even showed this as part of the game. Went to officially play the game and what was advertised was not true to the actual nature of the game. This one is my favourite because they recently updated it so that instead of spamming the generators, you can just hold it down. It’s amazing!!!
