They pop up in the start of a game causing you to loose a turn or loose your booster. Other than that I’m completely addicted to this game ### 4/5 — Great Game *2024-06-01* Love playing this game. I get you have to make money off free users however the rate of ads have pretty much quadrupled! Also the worst thing, and why I gave 3 stars is that when you click to start a main game (hotel level) an ad pops up whilst the game is still on in the background so you lose 30-2mins at the start of the game! By then your customers have gone red or have left and even worse is when you click to use a boost (e.g faster legs) before going into a game you essentially lose the ability to use it effectively. Please sort out at least NO ADS when you start a level/ game! ### 4/5 — Fun game but.. *2024-01-28* I love time management games and this one seems to be fairer than other hotel games I’ve tried. I like that it gives more opportunity to earn money and diamonds than most. You can manage to beat levels without using power ups as long as u upgrade. My only issue is that the money built up doesn’t carry over to the next hotel. U have to start from scratch and the upgrades are in the thousands making it a bit difficult but not too difficult. This wouldn’t be so bad if you hadn’t chosen to use boosters, then ad starts and customers leave and you’ve lost the boosters and lose the level. Today I paid £3.49 twice and only received one lot of purchase, this has happened before. (I know I shouldn’t have risked it again but at first I thought payment hadn’t gone through etc). It’s literally stealing my money as the money has gone out of my bank and it’s impossible to contact them! ### 1/5 — Clock Issue *2022-02-22, version 1.3.0* I’m on the Sakura scene and started level 11. The clock is not working properly. It skips every other minute. On level 12 the clock begins the level around 30 seconds. There is no possible way to get the minimum score to pass in 30 seconds. There is only two to three people checking in during that time. Please fix the problem. The second stage level 50 is where you need to start paying the big bucks for boosters. At least let me complete 3 or 4 hotels before spending. You might want to take a page out of other games where there is a balance of easy and hard levels and at times you don’t mind spending a few dollars for boosters. Not when it’s blatantly obvious you can’t pass without purchasing. I will not be control by a game or a company to be a part of a statistic to see how many people they can control to spend hard earn money whereby being control to see if they can be force to do this by losing a game, whereby an individual is not really losing the gsme, they either slow down the game so the individual cannot win the game then telling a lie saying the only way to win Is to buy germs or watch a video is total nonsense. Control again!!! Whether then paying hard money, I will delete the game, and pick up a new game. This game is not that important to pay money to win a game. When they company stop paying this insane nonsense with trying to get people to pay money then maybe they can get a nice rating. Everything that is happening now in this world is profit and gain, Control, greed, nothing is really fun anymore. These games are or should only be played temporary and really not put a lot into it. Because after a while, the company will start trying to playing this game.
