It’s not telling me how to move on . I have 39/40 stars. I’ve been playing it for an entire day still no level 2 what should I do to troubleshoot?! ### 2/5 — Waaaay too many ads for too long *2026-08-16* You play for two mins and there's an ad. Then play again for two mins and another long ad. Then you have to sit through very long ads to get the essentials you need to play the game. I've spent more time watching ads than playing the game. Very disappointed. Even if I paid the £4.99 to stop random ads I'd still have to watch ads to get stuff. I was really enjoying this game up until now ### 2/5 — Fun concept but broken by bugs and dead-ends *2026-07-31* I genuinely love the concept of this game, but it is a total mess of bugs. Every single level breaks your progression. The AI workers are broken; cleaners routinely skip rooms or leave items behind. On the early levels, the staff and guests permanently freeze in place. I was actually forced to completely delete the app and restart the entire game from scratch just to clear those early glitched maps, which wiped out all my hard work because this game refuses to back up to the Apple cloud. Now that I have replayed all the way back up to the Cruise Ship level, I am permanently stuck again. I have expanded the area and built everything available, but the map is just an empty hallway with absolutely zero expansion squares popping up to let me reach the next stage. The game just stops dead without any more guide quests. Do not waste your time watching endless ads for an unplayable, unfinished product that forces you to delete your progress ### 3/5 — 3rd hotel 🙄🙄 *2026-07-29* I’m on the 3rd hotel and when the guests enter the coffee room that’s all they do they can’t come out 🫤 they just stand with the coffee cups and there is 4 coffee rooms and they all do the same thing when they go in and also it’s the same with the spa they go for treatment and they just get “stuck” so no money is made from coffee rooms or spa. ### 4/5 — Needs some glitches fixed *2026-07-18* I honestly enjoy this game up until I went to the next hotel in Manhattan. This level has a few glitches that needs fixed. The coffee rooms don’t work so you can’t generate any income, the people just stand there forever. Level 2, the gym wasn’t generating any money. Level 3, which is where I am now isn’t generating money in the coffee shop. The people are just standing there. The game is ok and honestly I would pay for the ad free version except the developers have like 100 games they rarely update. It’s definitely an ad farming game but a really good tycoon simulator. I hope they don’t leave this alone because it could be what I’ve been searching for if they keep it up. Anyways the tokens don’t make sense because they should progress with staff… how can I get tokens doing tasks when you have staff doing tasks? That’s reductive they should make the staff updates and tokens progress correspond for the departments upgrade. Also you can’t move your character without going through an ad first. Also you have to buy gems for real money there is absolutely no way to get them and the managers cost hundreds of gems so even if you buy gems you have to keep buying or buy the most expensive option to get additional slots and managers which seems unfair although they do give you 1 with the introduction of the additional managers options and energy to renew but the energy takes an hour and the additional manager doesn’t make much of a difference in gameplay. You also can’t update policies because of the same gameplay issue of having to complete tasks faster than the npcs hired throughout the game. It seems they had an idea of how they wanted the game to be and ran with it without reconsidering how it would impact gameplay. I see they did update 2 days ago which is when I downloaded the game. Guessing they do that to get their ads on other games because it’s only been updated a few times and I got an ad for this game on another game. Overall this game has great potential but the developers don’t have any ambition other than money so no high hopes of anything being fixed, changed or upgraded. If you spend money, which I haven’t yet, know it may be a moot point. I don’t know if the gameplay even goes beyond a weeks worth of play like similar games but no high hopes here. Great game, bad developers who don’t care about the product. Update : a couple of days later and the game has no further action after the cruise to move to the supposed existing next level and yes I did have to pay for no ads after level 1 to continue ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — To many glitches *2026-08-01* I’m currently stuck on the cruise ship and I can’t even see the square where it normally says extend. So I’m literally just collecting money from the room and snack rooms because that’s all I can do. If this is not fixed soon I’m deleting the game. I’ve been stuck here for o er a week. The gym members all pile up outside of the gym after they finish and never leave the hotel.
