I’ve also completed floor 11 but there are no more floors available to play at this time. I already watch a lot of ads in order to get extra items or energy, but despite that I still have to deal with the random ads every few minutes. The game would be much more enjoyable without all of the random ads, the incentive of watching them for items is enough. Also, they often come when I’m on a time limit (like less than a minute left), so getting an ad for 30 seconds (which are often times broken for whatever reason) is the worst thing. ### 4/5 — Good game *2025-05-05, version 44.25* It’s a good game overall but the crystals deplete too fast. And there aren’t a lot of things to keep the player engaged. Le camion apporte les récompenses, ça c’est ok, mais ensuite la commande à réaliser pour le camion, je n’obtiens jamais les 3 récompenses promises, c’est frustrant! Je suis néanmoins obligée de les réaliser à chaque fois si je veux un nouveau camion avec des récompenses. Du coup les objets spéciaux n’arrivent pas vite et c’est très long de réaliser les commandes qui vont dans l’hôtel, comme les objets de bureaux et de cinéma… **Developer response:** Hi! Man hat items die Dinge produzieren, diese muss man kombinieren um sie zu verbessern, hat man die geforderte Stufe der Verbesserung erreicht, bekommt man Schlüssel. Und die werden gebraucht, um das Hotel zu renovieren. So weit, so gut. Aaaaaaaber, ab den höheren Lvl kann man 2 oder 3x auf ein Item klicken um etwas herzustellen und dann hat das Item eine Abklingzeit von 40 min... Ich habe also Platz auf dem Spielfeld, genug Energie und kann dennoch nicht spielen, weil ich keine Teile zum kombinieren bekomme. Wirklich schade, denn grundsätzlich ist das Spiel nett gemacht. Пишу в поддержку Поддержка сделана ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО (и видимо специально чтобы не было желания писать о проблемах) не дают ни фото приложить ничего, так она еще и ВЫЛЕТАЕТ , игра ВЫЛЕТАЕТ КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ когда пишешь сообщение в поддержку !!! В поддержке мне предложили игровые бонусы и сообщили что не могут предоставить мне услугу без рекламы , хотя за нее было заплачено и ЧЕК я им предоставила . Раз вы не выполняете услугу за которую я заплатила - возвращаете деньги за нее. На это мне сказали что они вернуть не могут и обращайтесь в APPLE , в APPLE мне сказали что за эту услугу нельзя вернуть деньги . Scam. *2024-05-29, version 37.05* I paid to remove the ads, as they were too intrusive, and a lot of them are for the rinse and repeat, fake, ‘win money!’ games. I see that, following a recent update, the ads have been re-instated, and the option to pay to remove the ads has mysteriously disappeared. If you can’t honour what I paid for, then you should refund, but I bet you won’t.
