I’ve been using hotel central at my hotel since it came out last year. The app lets me stay connected to my staff at all times. I’m able to require everything that happened since I was gone and when I come into work the next day, I’m already completely caught up. No more having to get on my laptop. It’s helped our entire staff become more organized. I wish we had something like this years ago.
