A few hours later when I arrived at the hotel I booked- I was told that I did not have a room. The hotel was very unhelpful since I used a third party service, HotelTonight. I reached out to customer service for HotelTonight, who did not find a replacement room. I ended up calling another hotel myself and getting a room. I clicked the button to book a room for $224. It said there was an error try again. I tried again and it charged me $356!! They claim it’s not a fee it’s a tax! And that it’s charged by the hotel. It’s not their fault. Of course there was no cancellation because it’s hotel tonight. Actually there were other rooms available locally for about $5 more (I know because I got one). Wasted about 1.5 hrs of my time on an evening before I had to be at work at 4:00am. Cheap, Amateurs. ### 1/5 — Misleading Photos and Extremely Dirty Room *2026-08-02, version 26.7.2* My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked through HotelTonight based on the photos and description provided, but the reality was completely different from what was advertised. The room was extremely small, old, and in very poor condition. What was most concerning was the lack of cleanliness. The mattress had visible dirt and stains, the bathroom was dirty, the towels looked stained and unclean, the faucets appeared filthy, and the walls showed signs of moisture and mold damage. It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise rooms that do not accurately represent the actual conditions. As a paying customer, I expected a clean, comfortable room that matched the listing, but instead we received something completely different. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope they update their photos to reflect the real condition of the property and significantly improve their cleaning and maintenance standards.
