benefitsアイコン付いている、大阪マリオット都ホテルをマリオットボンヴォイのサイトで予約するより約4000円以上高い宿泊料で予約しましたが、ホテルのフロントでその旨、確認しても認識されていませんでした。マリオットボンヴォイのチタンエリートなので、ジュニアスイートにアップグレードされ、朝食もいただけましたが、それはマリオットボンヴォイのサイトから予約してあるとの認識でホテルの方はいつも通り対応してくれたに過ぎません。
では、HOTELUXの特典として100ドルのバウチャーはというと、その認識はまったくありません。ホテルの好意で割高なHOTELUXの予約は当日無料キャンセルしてくれて、マリオットボンヴォイの安い価格で受け付けてくれましたが、フロントで一時間以上、無意味な時間を要しました。
HOTELUXのサービスは使えない、と思い知りました。
これからは、マリオットボンヴォイ系のホテルについては従来通り、マリオットボンヴォイのサイトから予約することにします。
