Olá. Instalei corretamente a câmera modelo ZC-16 conforme o manual, com cartão de memória compatível e alimentação adequada. No entanto, o módulo 4G não funciona de forma alguma. O aplicativo apresenta erro 3008 ao tentar registrar o dispositivo pelo QR code, e a câmera não conecta à rede móvel, mesmo utilizando chip ativo e funcional. O manual informa que o equipamento possui cartão IoT interno, porém não há qualquer opção de ativação e o dispositivo permanece offline. A principal função do produto é o monitoramento remoto, que não está operando. Solicito orientação técnica imediata para ativação do IoT/4G ou a substituição/reembolso do produto, pois ele não está cumprindo o que foi anunciado.
