Balance shows the right amount. The registration page doea not even show anything. I asked the chatbot and even tried to connect to the agent but I cannot get the help I need. Their 123 is even non existence. Is this hotlink a scam in the first place??? ### 1/5 — Always log me out *2025-12-07, version 5.40.0* I'm very disappointed that this have been happening very frequently. I'm a Hotlink user more than 15 years. Always the app last time never log me out. Now that the app keeps logging me out that causes no notification saying my bill has arrived. As a busy person. There are times we forgot to pay bills and need to be reminded. And now my bill is always overdue cause I only check when I remember, not longer getting reminded. It’s so annoying and become a hustle just to pay the bills. Can it just permanently logging in and didn’t need me to log in everytime I open the apps? I change the setting on background apps refresh still no difference at all. If the problem is w my phone, my goodness I’m using the latest iphone since I change from my 13pm. Initially I thought that the 13pm got some issues but it can’t be loggical for ip17 got the same issues?? Fix this please. Got so annoying. Logging in takes agess… the connection is 5G but it takes hours and multiple time of trying to log in to this wretched apps.
